Growth and Impact Diagnostic
Is your for-purpose organisation poised for growth?
Do you want to maximise the impact you’re making?
With a focus on the business, financial, legal and internal capacity needed to grow and amplify impact, our Growth and Impact Diagnostic is designed to help your social enterprise or purpose-driven organisation identify what it needs to thrive. During a Growth and Impact Diagnostic Session, an experienced consultant from Social Impact Hub's Professional Impact Network will work with you to identify your key drivers for growth and impact, and explore the challenges and opportunities around these drivers.
A full diagnostic is typically done during a face-to-face workshop. We will then prepare an insights report outlining areas for development in your business and recommendations as to strategy and sequencing to optimise opportunities to develop your organisation and amplify its impact.
Focussing on 9 business critical areas, we use the Tool to identify where you need to focus to supercharge your growth and impact.
