    Dan is a Non-Executive Director at Same Business Different Outcomes, a board member of social enterprise The Bread & Butter Project and is helping to lead Macquarie Group's impact investment in Specialist Disability Accommodation. He has worked in a number of senior in-house legal roles, served as CEO of a community fundraising and planning organisation and serves as a board representative for investors in a number of businesses.

Cathy is a board member of Australians Investing in Women, the Mornington Peninsula Foundation, ygap and Kids in Philanthropy and a member of Criterion Institute’s Shift Narratives in Innovative Finance Advisory Board. Cathy was previously General Counsel of Scalzo Foods, one of Australia’s largest privately owned food businesses, and has worked as a senior associate at Allens and as a diplomat for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
