Dan is a Non-Executive Director at Same Business Different Outcomes, a board member of social enterprise The Bread & Butter Project and is helping to lead Macquarie Group's impact investment in Specialist Disability Accommodation. He has worked in a number of senior in-house legal roles, served as CEO of a community fundraising and planning organisation and serves as a board representative for investors in a number of businesses.

Anthony has significant global entrepreneurship experience and knowledge of the education sector having grown and sold both Think: Education Group and Open Colleges Australia. He is also a keen impact investor running Pangaea Impact Investments with his wife Karen, and serves as a mentor or Non-Executive Director for a number of his investments.

Catherine is the co-founder and Managing Director of Global Access Partners, an independent not-for-profit institute that initiates strategic debate on pressing economic, social and structural issues facing Australia and the world today, catalysing policy implementation.

In her capacity as CEO of the Scalzo Family Office, and Trustee of the Grace and Emilio Foundation, Cathy has worked with her family to align their investments with their values and has guided the development of the family’s impact investment portfolio. Cathy is a board member of Australians Investing in Women, the Mornington Peninsula Foundation, ygap and Kids in Philanthropy and a member of Criterion Institute’s Shift Narratives in Innovative Finance Advisory Board. Cathy was previously General Counsel of Scalzo Foods, one of Australia’s largest privately owned food businesses, and has worked as a senior associate at Allens and as a diplomat for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
