The Reimagine Leadership program is design to accelerate and activate better leadership to drive strong business performance and positively shape organisational culture.

The summits are an opportunity for leaders to come together in person to network, connect, and further develop their capabilities, mindset, and knowledge:
Impact Summit: 2.5-day intensive including building knowledge about design thinking and problem solving through masterclasses and working in teams on unpacking and addressing a real world challenge in partnership with a social enterprise
Reflection Summit: A 1-day intensive focusing on personal and peer learning and developing an action plan for driving change in their organisations

Coaching accelerates the learning experience. Working with an experienced coach, participants will engage in a developmental conversation to enhance their leadership impact.
Small group coaching provides the opportunity to learn from peers, socialise approaches and receive feedback, building deeper connections across the cohort.

Six months after the program all participants will participate in a pulse check focused n behavioural change and a coaching session holding them accountable for implementing their action plan and learnings. Additionally, one participant from your organisation will be part of ongoing thought leadership development and responsible for working with the other program alums to collaborate and share their learning.

As a partner of this initiative, you will receive data and insights from the 360 pulse check focused on identifying participant behavioural change after the program and other evaluation insights and reflections. You will also meet with the other partners to reflect on how businesses, individually and collaboratively, can drive positive impact.

Start Date: Tuesday, 6th February 2024
Masterclasses: Held every two weeks on Tuesdays from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM AEST
Impact Summit: An intensive 2.5-day event, including an experiential learning project, taking place from Sunday, 25th February to Tuesday, 27th February.
Reflection Summit: The program concludes with a one-day intensive focusing on personal and peer learning and reflection, held on Tuesday, 19th March.
Program Cost: $18,000 (plus GST) per participant.
Special discounts are available for group bookings, allowing organisations to invest in the development of multiple leaders simultaneously.

Sustainability Hackathon: Driving Sustainable Growth for Positive Change
In partnership with leading professional services firm EY, Social Impact Hub organised a hackathon exclusively designed to address Pocket City Farms’ financial sustainability needs.
The hackathon brought together diverse teams of seasoned professionals, passionate volunteers, and expert mentors. Over the course of intensive workshops, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative ideation, participants worked towards generating creative strategies that would propel Pocket City Farms towards long-term financial sustainability and impact.
Through collaborative efforts and by leveraging EY’s expertise, resources, and networks, the hackathon devised practical, actionable solutions for Pocket City Farms, including a roadmap for generating recurring income for expansion and investing in programs that drive positive change in communities throughout Australia.
