"As specialists in supporting purpose-driven organisations to design, demonstrate and scale their impact, we are excited by the opportunity to assist organisations doing such critical work in our community. We would like to acknowledge the important advocacy work of Social Ventures Australia that led to the establishment of the SSTF."
"This funding will support organisations to improve how they do business by giving them access to better technology, free legal services, workforce development opportunities and resources to strengthen governance and strategy," said Alister Henskens, Minister for Families, Communities and Disability Services. The SSTF assists organisations to improve outcomes in homelessness, disability, health, and child and family services. "These organisations are working around the clock during this incredibly challenging time to keep some of our community’s most vulnerable people safe," Mr Henskens said.
