Jennifer Mullen

GENERAL MANAGER

Jen is General Manager at the Social Impact Hub, responsible for driving operational excellence and supporting organisational growth. Jen has over 12 years’ experience in the social sector, most recently as a strategic consultant supporting purpose driven organisations with how to design, grow and demonstrate their impact. She was previously Programs Director for a national not-for-profit, leading large-scale programs, policy and advocacy work and has held a number senior service-delivery and community development roles both in Australia and overseas.

Jen provides ongoing capacity building support to several social enterprises and not-for-profit organisations, helping them to achieve their impact and strategic goals. She is passionate about finding market-based solutions to today’s big challenges and achieving change through collaboration, shared value and social innovation.

Jen holds a Master of Business Administration in Social Impact (with Excellence) from UNSW, and a Bachelor of Laws with a Bachelor of International Studies from Macquarie University.

I believe in the catalytic power of education and market-based solutions to drive social innovation and address today’s social and environmental challenges. It’s a privilege to be part of a community harnessing this power and inspiring to work alongside the many changemakers who are positively impacting how we work and live.
